For this reason, all orders are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds after an order has been placed, regardless of:

• Whether you ordered through regular product pages or newsletter-exclusive links
• Whether discounts, early-access offers, or other promotions were used
• Reasons such as change of mind, preference, or “accidental” orders

Accessing exclusive newsletter information, discounts, or early-access offers does not entitle you to cancel after the order is confirmed.

Exceptions may apply only in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, which are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Many products on this site are linked to external crowdfunding campaigns (for example, on platforms such as Makuake). While we work directly with project creators, we do not control their manufacturing or exact timelines.

• Estimated shipping dates are based on information from creators and may change.
• Production delays, design adjustments, or packaging changes may occur.
• Non-critical changes to design, packaging, or schedule do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

If a project is significantly altered or canceled by the creator, we will communicate options as soon as possible.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• All billing information you provide is true and complete.

Unjustified chargebacks, disputes, or misuse of payment systems may result in:

• Cancellation of current and future orders
• Reporting to payment providers for investigation
• Other remedies available under applicable law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Use of or inability to use this site
• Delays in production or shipping caused by creators, manufacturers, customs, or carriers
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
