Returns / Refunds Policy
↩️ Returns & Refunds Policy
How we handle defective items, refunds, and our no-cancellation policy.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully check products before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we may offer one or more of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the item (if available)
- Partial refund
- Full refund
In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item or safely dispose of it, depending on the nature of the product and local regulations.
No Cancellations & Change-of-Mind Returns
Many of the products we offer are produced in limited quantities through crowdfunding campaigns or early-access pre-orders. Once an order is placed, your payment helps the creator plan production.
For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations or refunds after an order has been placed, regardless of whether the order was made through:
- Regular store pages
- Newsletter-exclusive links or discounts
- Limited-time pre-order campaigns
We also generally cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Ordering the wrong size, variant, or quantity
- Minor differences in color, texture, or appearance due to manufacturing or display settings
This policy protects both the project creators and genuine backers who rely on stable production planning.
Return Process (If Approved)
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and issue details.
- We will review your case and inform you if a return or other remedy is approved.
- If a return is requested, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the agreed refund or replacement.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to identify or process unsolicited returns.
