For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

For crowdfunding-related or pre-order products, shipping will begin once production is completed by the project creator. Estimated schedules are shown on each project page and may change based on the creator’s production timeline.

Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays.

Transit time depends on your destination country and local customs procedures. As a general guideline:

  • Asia-Pacific: approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • North America / Europe: approx. 5–10 business days after dispatch

Tracking, Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address, name, and contact details are complete and accurate.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, absence over an extended period, or unclaimed parcels, the package may be returned to us.
  • In case of a returned parcel, additional reshipping fees may apply if you request a second shipment.
